With a city already full of hookers and prostitutes in casinos and around vegas, you now add in this new event. US officials indicate that 40,000 people may have been infected in this health scare. Why you ask? No, its not cause hookers are feeling the recession and need to “double up” on their clientel (which is true by the way). Its due to a vegas clinic,where a higher percentage of patients are infected. The clinic was reusing needles and viales.

February 27th, 2008 admin Idol has the strongest group. But what is forgotten in the mix is that these candidates to it for the free publicity. There are candidates such as David Arhuletta and Luke that are going to have albums next year. Then there are some candidates that are using idol to launch their lingerie line (I can think one or two that fit this).

February 16th, 2008 admin Abuse in general can only be reported when one being abused sheds the light to authorities. Its safe to say that many teens don’t want to be embarrased, so they keep this abuse under covers. Given that, its amazing to hear of a recent study. This study found that nearly half of teenage girls report they have suffered verbal, physical or sexual abuse by their boyfriends.
Generally, the abuse usually starts out very subtle like verbal abuse or jealousy and then escalates as time goes on. The stat that stood out the most was the following: Those who have had sex by age 14 had the highest rates of abuse.
Family and community need to work together to send the proper message out!

Atlanta Falcons Makeover – Crumpler Gone
February 15th, 2008 admin With the icon of Vick and it negativity gone, it looks like the management of the Falcons decided to dig deep for this makeover. Vick’s favorite and reliable target, Alge Crumpler, is gone. Throw in the new backup of Leftwich and you have a Falcon flyoff.
With a true start from scratch mentality, some of these moves were just uncalled for. Only way to truely remove the stigma is leave Atlanta and rebrand the team!
