Viewing these individuals transform their lives is amazing. There were two women and one man that were in the finale. It was the first time that a woman won the competition. She lost almost 50% of her weight. Astonishing.

My favorite story dealt with the one guy. He weighed about 362lbs and got down to 199. Thats a amazing (he lost the most amount of weight, but didnt win it by the percentage). Being a father and seeing him struggle with his son due to his weight, is just extremely moving. The Biggest Loser is the one reality show gem in the bag. You just cant get tired of seeing these ordinary overweight people change their lives.
