Best Buy had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went there to buy a specific laptop, on sale for $399. I waited 20 minutes before being helped. By the time I was being helped, there were 2 other people waiting for the same laptop. One guy got so fed up that he left… this leaving us with 2 people.

They of course try to do all the upselling (install this, promote this, sell this). Well, I just wanted the advertised priced laptop. So what do the pricks at Best Buy do, they decide to help the guy behind me since he was getting additional services. They had me wait an extra 30 minutes before getting me a laptop that was in box. These “geek” sales pricks then decide to tell me that if you have any issues with the laptop, that the manufacturer is in China. Where I of course tell them not the case for the first 14 days.

Just be careful with best buy. They are incentivized by all the upsell and geek services. If you are new to purchasing computers, go with someone that has some basic knowledge. Otherwise, you will be paying well beyond any listed price.
