Put Something Worth While in Your Christmas Stocking

I buddy of mine put all energy shots into his co-workers christmas stockings. They all went into it today and went to town on the energy shots. Needless to stay, everyone was quite happy today!

Gyms to Avoid in South Jersey

There really is only one gym in south jersey to avoid and that’s Island Fitness. You might want to read this horrible story on why you want to stay away from Island Fitness. Extremely rude employees, managers and owners that will lie at all costs to protect their interest, even when they know the truth .

I highly recommend Retro Fitness and Tilton Fitness. If you’re looking for a smaller clean gym, go to Retro. If your looking for a gym with a lot of “stuff”, then definitely go to Tilton.

Cut Out All the Middle Men for Atlantic City Hotels

We all know that atlantic city is hurting. Between the economy and lack of visitors, Atlantic City casinos are reporting there worst year ever in AC. The vacancy rates are through the roof. Weird part is, you would think there would be more deals.  Well, the deals are great if you are gamblers. Gamblers can now stay at the Borgata on a weekend with just a red card

But what about the everyday folk. Well, casinos feel that the everyday person is not for them. They dont gamble, and they wont spend….hmm.. interesting how the casinos can just turn on you. What I noticed though, there are a select few casinos that are opening up their room rates heavily discounted to the every day folk. Good luck finding these deals with all the middle men involved.

I did find one site that is local in AC that caters to heavily discounted deals. They cut out all the middle man and would literally give you a 4 star hotel stay in AC for $9 on the weekend!… Check it out at VacationAC.com

Stop Bashing Caffeine Already

You have many nay sayers trying to sway people away from caffeine. How its not good for you, all these things could happen, yada yada yada. Caffeine has been around for centuries and their has been published reports recently on how caffeine (400-500mg worth) can help cure / reverse alzheimers. I’m sure the energy shot companies like FIXX Extreme are loving this.

But in all seriousness, c’mon people. We all know that kids shouldnt be taking a huge amount of caffeine, but we have no problem to make these kids fat porkers, at least in the United States. How about trying to watch their diet, get them away from the internet/tv to exercise, get them off ridilin cause you did a shitty job raising them.. the list can continue here if you like…..

Underlying Hate with Michael Jackson Coverage

The ironic thing with all this Michael Jackson coverage is the underlying hate that is building, especially within the United States. Similar to the OJ Simpson case, the public is reminded of MJ relationships with children. Regardless of his past statements and beliefs, his behavior with children is flat out wrong. While he was acquittent, it is extremely apparant that money can buy you out of many issues in the court of law. While his settlement got him acquitted, the public still believes he was a pedophilic.

The hate undertone is being built… where it goes, we will have to wait and see
