The Fake Video is a Hate Crime

University in Halifax has had an internet video blocked and is investigating what it considers a hate crime against a professor and family. The video shows images of a professor’s wife and 2 daughters with audio from a pornographic movie. Now, is this a hate crime, or freedom of speech?
